Description
The Sony PCM-501ES is a classic digital audio processor introduced in the mid-1980s, designed to convert stereo analogue audio signals into digitised PCM composite video signals. This allowed CD-quality audio (14- or 16-bit) to be recorded onto standard consumer videotape formats using Beta or VHS video recorders.
In good condition, showing some signs of use. The “S” from the Sony logo is missing. Fully tested and currently held in the Reflexion Arts warehouse.
