The Elysia Skulpter Qube are two microphone preamplifiers designed to deliver transparency and sonic character. They incorporates advanced features such as a variable high-pass filter, a simple single-control compressor, high-quality DI input, and the innovative Shape section, which allows for adding saturation and tone shaping. With a wide gain range and Class A design, it is a highly versatile tool that adapts to vocals, instruments, and various recordings, combining professional quality and creative flexibility in a single compact module.

Elysia Skulpter Qube Features:

  • Fully discrete Class-A circuit
  • DI input. Ideal for guitars, basses, or synthesizers
  • The instrument input is activated automatically when the jack is connected and takes priority over the microphone input.
  • Controls:
    • Gain: Microphone or line input gain. It automatically changes according to the input we use. If we press it, it changes the VU function between input gain and level output.
    • Shape: Add saturation to the signal to give us a deeper and richer sound.
    • LoCut: Variable high-pass filter from 10 to 375 Hz Variable high-pass filter from 10 to 375 Hz
    • Comp: Soft knee compressor with a fixed ratio of 3:1 Soft knee compressor with a fixed ratio of 3:1
  • Switches:
    • Shape Two: Very useful for recording voices. It changes the saturation curve and gives a warmer and smoother sound.
    • 48v Hold: Phantom Power. We have to press it for 2 seconds to activate the function.
    • Phase Reserve: Phase inverter
    • Signal Mute: Silence the machine
