Description
The Elysia mpressor 500 is a discrete Class A compressor designed to be installed in a 500 Series rack. It combines exceptional sound quality with a huge punch and a full, detailed sound. The extreme time constants, negative ratios, anti-log release, and the innovative gain reduction limiter offer a complete spectrum of unique possibilities. A new feature of the 500 module is the THD Boost, which increases the signal level before the control amplifier. This creates harmonics at the amplifier’s input stage and significantly alters the sound structure.
