The Auratone 5C Super Sound Cube Bundle is a Passive Studio Monitor with a 4.5″ full-range driver made from high-quality materials with an external amplifier A2-30 included. Built in Auratone’s Nashville shop, the cabinet features a sleek, modern-looking black-laminate finish. Their ruggedness, flat response, impressive power handling, and portability have made Auratone 5C an industry-standard “real-world” reference monitor for music recording, broadcasting, and television/motion picture post.
The 5C, which became famous in the 1970’s and 80’s and has been used in virtually every major recording studio worldwide, is still the undisputed industry standard for “real world” referencing in the recording studio. The Auratone A2-30 amplifier is specifically designed to complement the legendary Auratone 5C Super Sound Cube reference monitors. The amplifier powers two 8-ohm loudspeakers at 30 W each. Like the 5C Super Sound Cube, the amplifier is powerful and simple, with a power switch, status LED and I/O.
