Description
The Audient Horizon 8P is a 24-input, 32-output audio interface with Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, designed for recording studios that demand the highest levels of performance. Equipped with 8 microphone preamps derived from the Audient ASP4816 HE and designed by David Dearden, it delivers up to 75 dB of gain, ORBIT Control variable impedance technology, and Elite 32-bit mastering-grade conversion for exceptionally accurate recording and mixing.
Common Features:
- 32-bit / 192 kHz AD/DA conversion.
- Up to 133 dB of dynamic range.
- Round-trip latency as low as 0.99 ms.
- Thunderbolt 3 connectivity for macOS.
- Word Clock inputs and outputs via BNC connectors.
- Horizon Control software for monitoring, routing and complete system management.
- Digital recall of input gain and system settings.
- Selectable reference levels for easy calibration with external analogue equipment.
- Expansion via ADAT, with up to four units connectable to create systems with up to 200 inputs and 200 outputs.
