General Conditions

This web site is managed by Reflexion Arts SL, located in C. Pastora – 11 bajo, 36210 Vigo, with CIF number B36817252, registered on the trade register of Pontevedra on January 23rd, 1997, Volume 194, Book 1901, Page 074, Section 8.

All communication regarding this website should be made through the postal address, email address or telephone number (as appropriate), listed here. Your access to this website means you have read and you agree to these terms.

Prices:

All prices published are recommended retail prices (RRP) and include 21% VAT.
Shipping costs will be indicated before completing the purchase.
Prices may be modified at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
In the event of a typographical error, the customer will be informed prior to dispatch and may cancel the order free of charge.

We do not store your credit card details

If you choose to pay for anything online using a Debit or a Credit Card, your card details are not stored by us and cannot be used by our staff.
Your card details are securely used by Santander Elavon, a division of Banco Santander to enable us to bill your card, but they are NOT stored in any case.

Acceptance

In order to purchase products or services from our website, the customer must accept this agreement and be at least 18 years of age.

The website will acknowledge receipt of the order by email. Products paid for using the available payment methods will be dispatched as soon as possible.

The website reserves the right not to fulfil an order due to circumstances beyond its control or force majeure, even if payment has already been made. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately and refunded in full.

Delivery Times:

Shipments for in-stock products are normally made within 48 hours of receipt of payment. For other products, the maximum delivery period shall be 30 calendar days. Delivery times are estimates only and are not legally binding.
If it is not possible to meet the delivery deadline, the customer will be informed and may choose either to maintain the order or to cancel the contract and receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries where not all ordered products are available. To avoid inconvenience, we recommend checking the delivery time before placing an order.

Transport:

Orders for new items from the Reflexion Arts catalogue will be delivered carriage paid within the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands via a carrier of our choice for orders exceeding €300 (VAT included). If the customer requests a different carrier, shipping will be sent carriage forward.
In all cases, the buyer is responsible for checking the condition of the goods before signing the delivery note and for reporting any damage or incident.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, please consult specific shipping terms and conditions.
All shipments are insured for 100% of the value of the goods.
Reflexion Arts may occasionally offer bundles, ex-demo items, B-stock or clearance products where shipping costs are not included.
Products returned for repair or refund must be properly packaged to prevent damage. REFLEXION ARTS S.L. shall not be liable for any damage occurring during transport, and transport risks shall always be borne by the sender. Where the customer opts to use REFLEXION ARTS transport services at its agreed rates, any incident during transport shall remain the sole responsibility of the customer, and REFLEXION ARTS S.L. shall be fully exempt from liability.

Warranty:

Reflexion Arts distributes professional equipment, and the warranties provided are subject to the specific conditions applicable to such products. As we do not distribute consumer goods, we do not adopt consumer warranty conditions as our own.
The warranty offered by Reflexion Arts is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty for each product model and its components, with a minimum period of two years.
The warranty must always be supported by the purchase invoice (or copy), the original packaging and all included accessories.
The warranty covers the repair of defective materials without charge for labour or parts. Transport costs are not included and shall be borne by the purchaser unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, accidental or intentional damage, electrical faults or power surges, or damage resulting from handling or intervention by third parties not authorised by Reflexion Arts.

Returns:

The customer has a period of 5 days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase. In such case, written notice must be sent to ventas@reflexion-arts.com
in order to initiate the return process.
Refunds will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected by Reflexion Arts, with shipping and return costs deducted.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories. The company reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation for the time the goods have been in the customer’s possession, as well as for any loss in value.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal: Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery (such as microphones and headphones).
Customised products or products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
Software products which have been unsealed after delivery.
Returns sent without prior authorisation; such deliveries may be refused.

Repairs:

Repairs carried out outside the warranty period will be charged in accordance with the current rates of our Technical Service Department (SAT).

If payment has not been made within 3 months of completion of the repair, Reflexion Arts reserves the right to sell the equipment in order to recover the outstanding amount or to charge a storage fee. Such fee shall be determined by Reflexion Arts.
